Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a leader for our new sales organization reporting directly to the CEO. In this role you will lead and manage the direct and indirect sales organization to achieve maximum sales revenue and growth, provide strategic sales direction to acquire new accounts and customers, and work in partnership with marketing to create sales programs, training content and marketing materials which drive sales growth.
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of demonstrated success selling medical devices. We strongly prefer candidates with experience selling disposable products into the surgical suite. Demonstrated success selling into hospital systems required. Previous management experience also strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
To be successful in this role you must be able to create and execute sales plans to meet established sales goals, create the sales forecast and budget, manage price negotiation within the company’s pricing rules, recruit, hire and manage the performance of high achievement employees, develop ethical, long-term customer relationships, participate in the preparation and delivery of sales training, legally operate a motor vehicle to travel to sales calls, handle product derived from porcine tissue and travel up to 70% of the time.

We are seeking a Scientist or Engineer to work with our VP of R&D to translate new product concepts into FDA cleared and approved products for launch.
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills and exceptional analytical problem solving and technical writing skills.

As a Production Operator you’ll work in a clean room manufacturing environment creating biological medical devices derived from porcine liver. You’ll be required to operate within Standard Operating Procedures and Manufacturing Procedures written in the English language. You will also clean and maintain your work space and the overall controlled environment area. Other responsibilities include: adhering to production schedules and reporting material shortages, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and understanding the company’s Quality Policy and Quality System.
We are seeking applicants with a high school diploma (required) and at least 1 year of experience building medical devices or biological products in a clean room environment. In this role you will stand for extended periods of time and must be able to lift 10 pounds repetitively.
